1- Q: How long does domestic delivery take?

A: Orders are prepared within 3 business days and shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

2- Q: What is the shipping time for international orders?

A: International orders are prepared within 7 business days and shipped via Aramex.

 

3- Q: What if I am not at the address during delivery?

A: The seller is legally deemed to have fulfilled their obligation. The buyer must contact the courier.

 

4- Q: Can the seller refuse delivery if I haven't paid in full?

A: Yes. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be made before delivery (Law No. 6502, Article 13).

 

5- Q: What should I do if the product is damaged?

A: Do not accept the product and request an official damage report from the courier. Without it, complaints won't be accepted.

 

6- Q: Is installment payment via bank considered an installment sale from the seller?

A: No. It is a direct agreement with your bank; the seller treats it as a cash sale.

 

7- Q: What if delivery is delayed due to natural disasters or force majeure?

A: You may cancel the order, wait, or request a similar product.
