1- Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

A: Yes. You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, as per Turkish Consumer Law (Law No. 6502). The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2- Q: What are the return conditions?

A:

  1. Return request must be submitted within 14 days,

  2. Product must be shipped back within 10 days,

  3. It must be unused and complete in original packaging,

  4. Invoice or a copy must be included inside the box,

  5. Product should be securely packed in an outer protective box.

3- Q: Which items are non-returnable?

A:

  • Customized or personalized items,

  • Underwear, diapers, pacifiers, creams, opened hygiene/personal care items,

  • Used or washed items,

  • Items sold as defective under promotion,

  • Opened books, software, or digital media.

4- Q: How do I get my money back?

A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Gift vouchers are reactivated accordingly.

5- Q: Can I exchange the product?

A: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.

6- Q: Who pays the return shipping cost?

A: XO Kids covers the return shipping cost in all cases, regardless of the reason for return. Just make sure to return the product using the designated courier company.

7- Q: How does warranty work?

A:

  • You can visit the authorized service center with your invoice or warranty card.

  • If not accessible, send it to us and we will handle the process.

  • If damage is due to misuse, repair and shipping costs are your responsibility.

8- Q: Can corporate purchases be returned?

A: No. The right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers. Business or bulk purchases are not eligible.
