In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise this right:
The buyer must either submit a return request via the website or send a written and explicit notice (via email or other permanent data carrier) to the official contact addresses provided below within 14 days.
Products are eligible for return in the following cases:
Size or measurements are incompatible
Product does not match the description or photos
Product is damaged or defective (e.g., torn, burnt, broken, or faulty)
Customer dissatisfaction for any reason
Product is unusable for any valid reason
Return Requirements:
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Product must be shipped within 10 days of return request
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories
Original invoice or a copy must be enclosed (corporate customers must send a return invoice)
Product must be packaged in an external protective box to avoid damage during transit
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item and its invoice
Gift vouchers used in the order will be reactivated for the remaining duration
Installment purchases are refunded in the same payment schedule as per bank policy
Upon request, a store credit valid for 60 days can be issued instead of a cash refund
The following items are not eligible for return or withdrawal, per Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation:
Customized or personalized products
Perishable goods or items nearing expiry
Opened hygiene or health-related products (e.g., underwear, diapers, pacifiers, creams, personal care items)
Washed, used, or damaged products
Discounted items sold with prior notification of defects
Mixed or inseparable goods after delivery
Unsealed books, software, CDs, or digital media
Services started with the customer’s prior approval before the withdrawal period ends
All products are covered under manufacturer/importer warranty per Turkish law
Faulty products may be returned with the invoice to an authorized service or our address
Shipping costs for manufacturing defects are covered by us
Shipping costs for user-related damage are the buyer’s responsibility
Any value loss caused by misuse will be deducted from the refund
No responsibility applies for wear caused by proper use within the withdrawal period
Company reserves the right to reduce the refund amount for damages caused by improper use
Right of withdrawal is not valid for legal entities or purchases made for business purposes
Corporate returns must include an official return invoice
